According to News18’s Mega Opinion Poll, the National Democratic Alliance, led by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), is expected to win 41 of Maharashtra’s 48 Lok Sabha seats, while the opposition INDI alliance may win seven. According to the survey, the NDA will win with a 48 per cent vote share, while the INDIA alliance may receive 34 per cent. Maharashtra has 48 Lok Sabha seats, making it the second greatest contributor to the lower house of Parliament after Uttar Pradesh (80).
